Features:

Spacious Accommodations: With ample room to spread out, our home comfortably accommodates large families or groups, ensuring everyone has their own space to unwind.

Home Layout: This beautiful house has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, one full bathroom in the hallway and an additional full bathroom in the pool area. Air mattress is provided to accommodate 2 extra guests. Total guests allowed is 6. Each Bedroom has its own smart TV and there is also a smart TV in the living room, ideal for family night.
Make delicious meals at our spacious kitchen equipped with everything you need! Pots, pans, baking sheets, utensils, cups, toaster, blender, and regular coffee maker! Enjoy great meal with your family.
We also offer washer and dryer complementary (laundry detergent/softener is not provided).


Inviting Pool Area: Dive into the large, 6ft deep, private, sparkling pool, ideal for fun-filled days under the sun. Or you can unwind and relax in the jacuzzi, offering the ideal spot for evening soaks after a long day at the parks. The stylish cabana provides a shaded retreat, ideal for relaxing with a book or enjoying drinks. Our backyard is perfect for hosting memorable outdoor meals with our new Weber Genesis grill and eat outdoors by the pool and palm trees.
Whether you're lounging on the deck or taking a refreshing dip, the pool area is the heart of relaxation.
Unlike a Hotel/Resort, our pool area will be exclusive for your family and friends.

Pets: We are dog friendly. Your pet will love our fully enclosed backyard. The dog can also be walked by the neighborhood sidewalk.
Trained dog is allowed for a $150 fee (only 1 dog allowed). The fee may be waived for registered service dogs. Must provide valid registration number with the United States Service Animal Registrar. Service dogs must always be with guest, and not be left behind for any reason.
Pet fee is paid before checking-in. Please review our pet rules.
Please let us know your dog’s breed before booking. Do not sneak in your dog.

Modern Amenities: Each bedroom has its own smart tv. The WIFI is blazing fast providing the best speed for our theme park guests, business guests, and remote work guests. We offer free washer, dryer, and free parking. Garage is not available.

Early check-in or late check-out: We are happy to accommodate early arrival and late departure when we can. You can purchase an early check-in 24hrs before your arrival or a late check-out 12hrs before you depart. We cannot guarantee any early check ins prior to 24 hours before arrival, and we cannot accommodate a late check out request made within 12hrs of departure because they are based on availability.
Price is $25 each hour. The latest check-out we can accommodate is 3pm. Let me know if you want this option and we can arrange payment.

We are just minutes away from the best shopping in Orlando, Mall at Millenia. You will love our location!

Parking will be on the driveway. There is enough parking for up to 2 vehicles.

Additional Fees:

Jacuzzi: Please let the host know in advance if you plan to use to the Jacuzzi. There is a $45 per stay fee (to cover high utility bill) for up to a 5-day reservation.

Grill: We offer a NEW gas Weber Genesis grill to make your vacation even better! We provide the gas and cooking utensils. The grill has an additional fee of $45 for the entire stay. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use it.

Extra things to know:

- The house has an attached private guesthouse with its own entrance. This suite does not have access to the house or any of the amenities, such as pool or yard. This guesthouse is occupied for 6 months at a time by my parents.
- This house has a limit of 2 car parking space in the driveway
- Garage is not available.
- We have weekly pool and yard maintenance that cannot be skipped.
- Security Cameras on the outside perimeter only. Cameras run 24/7.

House Rules:
All guest have to follow these rules at all times. These rules are strongly enforced.
- Because this is an short-term community, not a hotel, and is also my home when my family comes to Orlando, please be respectful of the property and
- To provide the best quality service to our guest, we offer white hotel-quality towels/linens. Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach lines/towels. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Guest are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Housekeeping will wash all the laundry. Unsalvageable lines/bath towels will be charged to the guest.
- No parties or events
- No loud noises between 10pm-8am
- No unregistered guests
- No smoking of ANY kind
- Park in your designated area. Maximum of 2 cars allowed.
- If you desire to use the Jacuzzi, there is a $45 fee per week. Please let us know.
- The grill is complementary, however it needs to be cleaned before check-out, otherwise there will be a $40 cleaning fee.
- Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by you before departure.
- This is a family oriented and child friendly home, however children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian, at all times. Children are not allowed in the swimming pool area without an adult actively supervising.
- Pool: To avoid injury, no bombing or running in the pool area. No drinking glasses or bottles are to be taken in to the pool area - only plastic items allowed.


PETS:

1. Please walk your dog regularly to avoid any mishaps inside the house and the pool area.

2. Dogs must stay away from beds and sofas to avoid potential stains, pee and hair

3. Dogs are very territorial in new homes please keep an eye on them specially the first day as they may pee on the sofas, beds and walls.

4. Our backyard and pool area attracts lots families with children. They play and run in the grass. Please make sure to avoid any droppings in the backyard.
