Everything about that hotel is terribly bad. The staff had me waiting at the front deak for more than 30 minutes. Then once i got to my room it had and awful smell and on top of the the walls had holes in it as well as the ceilings was stained with meldew. Had reserved the room for 4 days but ened up checking out on the ne morning.

Roaches aware in our first room and it also smelled like cigarettes despite the no smoking policy. We decided to switch to another room and my friend seen another roach and the room still smelled like smoke. The morning of our last day, the water was shut off due to a leak in a pipe and the faucet was poor. It was unable to produce a proper amount of water to take a comfortable shower. The staff were very accommodating and friendly about the situation but the rooms were extremely distasteful.

There was no breakfast. We had to move rooms a couple times due to room conditions. The rooms were not very clean. None of the doors had a security latch. The room we were finally moved to had one, but it was still broken. The shower head didn’t work properly so we had to actually take it off in order to be able to take a shower. We would have went somewhere else had we been able to.

Room hasn't ready until after 5pm. At that point, the room was quickly being cleaned as my family was trying to get in. The area, parking lot, and maintenance of the facility was poor. Definitely drug use happening at all hours of the night. One bed did not have a gop blamket. No shampoo or conditioner was in the bathroom.

Me and my wife had the worst experience ever. While we were laying down getting intimate a housekeeping worker knocks on our door and storms into our room seeing us completely naked. The front door did not have any lock to prevent anyone from coming in. We ended up giving back the key and left the hotel. We never stayed the night as we paid for.

I already called complaining and requesting a refund. The room wasn't acceptable. There was not lock/security device on the door, the curtains were broken, the room filthy and smelled of weed. I went in, turned around and right back out. Even my 8 year old son was like "mom, can we just sleep in the car, this is horrible." Not to mention the property looked nothing like the pictures on the website. Not even the hotel name (it is actually a motel 6). I had to turn around and leave, after being on the road for hours, I wanted to just find a clean and safe room and sleep and couldn't do so. Had to find another place to stay. I want my money back!
