The pictures you guys have up on your website were not correct, you made it look presentable and nice. Half of it was under construction and even rooms were boarded up.. it looked like a run down motel. I didn’t even stay we had to book a different place due to how gross this place was.

The room looked and felt neglected! The room carried a stale smell. There was a bug crawling in the bathroom. The shower curtain was mildew. The refrigerator was No clean. The room was booked for 01/10/26 - 01/12/26. I checked in 2am on 1/11/26 and checked on 3:30pm on the 11th. I felt catfished. The picture of the room looked nothing close to the actual room. I booked another hotel to complete my trip.

You get what you pay for! Don’t come to a two star expected a five star experience. If you’re looking at the experience for what it is.. be honest it was a five star stay. Everything in the room worked like it was supposed to.. two queen size beds. Appropriate lighting.. plenty of countertop space or refrigerator that keeps things cold at the freezer works.. The tub is deep enough to take a bath..🛁 you get towels. Add tissue. THE POOL IS OPEN. located close to uptown mall. And the grounds are constantly being cleaned.

Front office guy was nice but the building should be condemned. Beyond hair all over the shower, cigarette butts and lighters laying on the mic, etc., everything felt greasy, the microwave had stains and rust and grime all in it. I guess there are long term residents there from the looks of it and animal excrement in parking lot and tracked on shoes through common areas. There were groups of people lurking around walkways and stairwells until late in the night and early morning most days blaring music and being disruptive. I’ve traveled all over the world and typically use budget friendly places and this was arguably the dirtiest and least safe place I’ve ever encountered. Heavily debated leaving but I paid up front with no refund and didn’t want to spend money elsewhere so I literally avoided going back to relax each day until night to go straight to bed then left early in the morning to gtfo of there asap. The reviews were misleading and i considered asking for a refund or credit but figured since i did stay there I’d leave the issue alone.

The staff is fantastic, fun looked happy. Good sense of humor. The room was spotless and beds comfy. However, no coffee maker or blanket. The remote didn’t work, but you could still watch the TV with a buttons on. I use the bathtub in the water was perfectly hot. I would stay here again.

The room was clean glad to see no insects and the pool was cleaned as well, though when I arrived there was no toilet paper but if you asked or requested it from housekeeping they did right away very pleased and the community there was okay it was just me and my boyfriend, only complaint is that alot of noise from firefighters and cops sometimes but that’s not exactly the hotels fault, however lovely stay and affordable for a long period of time!

Subject: Request for Full Refund - Unacceptable Hygiene Conditions I am writing to file a formal complaint and request a full refund for the stay corresponding to the booking referenced above, made for the night of wed, nov 26 - mon dec 01 | 2025 The conditions of the accommodation were not only far below the advertised images of order and cleanliness, but they were also unacceptable and unsafe from a basic hygiene standpoint. Below are the specific issues found in the assigned room: Persistent Odor: The room had a strong, combined odor of dampness (mildew) and stale air/oldness. Critical Hygiene Issue: Upon turning down the bed linens for use, we found clear evidence of dirt inside one of the beds. Due to these unsanitary conditions and a well-founded fear of acquiring health problems (such as fungus or infections), we made the decision not to use the room or stay overnight at the hotel. We consider that the essential service (a clean and safe room for resting) was not provided due to a severe breach of minimum habitability and hygiene standards. Consequently, we feel defrauded, having paid for a service we could not use for reasons of safety and hygiene.

Everything about that hotel is terribly bad. The staff had me waiting at the front deak for more than 30 minutes. Then once i got to my room it had and awful smell and on top of the the walls had holes in it as well as the ceilings was stained with meldew. Had reserved the room for 4 days but ened up checking out on the ne morning.
