Home was exactly as expected. Very clean and updated. I requested a Christmas tree and they provided a nice one so we can put out presents, like we were at home. Kids were entertained throughout the entire stay. Would definitely book again!

This house was amazing! The kids and my husband were stunned when they walked in and saw everything this place had to offer. It was very clean and we really enjoyed our time here! Would 100% return!! The only thing I would change is the mattresses on the beds. I don’t normally think this is a big deal since everyone has different preferences, but they were really tough to sleep on. If they upgrade those, this place would be full perfection.

This house was perfect for our party of 10, kids and adults mixed. From the themed rooms to the cute little tree into the movie room and the arcade was amazing! I wish we had more time to spend in the backyard. It was the perfect spot to just spend time with a projection screen off the pool, a big table for outside meals, and a bar with great sound. Would absolutely come back!

Our family absolutely loved this property! Our grandchildren loved the overall Alice in Wonderland theme, as well as the other themed bedrooms. The game room and pool added to the enjoyment. The pool area at the Oasis clubhouse was also very nice and an added benefit. I would highly recommend this home to other families who want to create a memorable experience and be close to Disney at the same time. Dont forget to take advantage of the outdoor pool projector for an outdoor family fun movie night. The house does not disappoint!

Great Experience, beautiful house

My family and I had a lot of fun. The house is beautiful, just as advertised, a lot of fun things to do in the house. Our children loved the movie theater, game room and pool. Excellent community! Highly recommended. Worth every penny!

Enjoyable but a few Flaws

It was a little confusing getting touch with the property managers—I was unsure if we had to email or message through the vrbo app. I was told to message through the app and then saw I'm actually supposed to email, but only found the email through one of the forms I had to fill out.A few things were broken when we arrived, which was a little disappointing, but overall we enjoyed the Vrbo a lot and would definitely stay there agajn. Communication needs to be clearer, but other than that, amazing!

We were very pleased with this property. It was clean and presented exactly like it was in the pictures. There were lots of extra details added to the decor of each room. Our kids loved it. They never wanted to get out of the pool. There were plenty of nice beach towels for the pool, too. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone especially if there are kids going.Lynn S.

So much fun!!

Our young kids loved the “Rabbit hole” and the pool was warm and the hot tub hot. Grt for a January vacation. Decorating was fabulous. The 40 group would have loved pin ball arcades.There were many other great games to play.Movie theater was wonderful. Giving this home 5 stars.

A lot of small issues

The location is great but there were so many things broken/not working in the house. The alarms on the doors (sliding glass and main bathroom door) to pool area were not working. Very concerning with small kids. Property manager came out and said someone disarmed them prior to our stay. The latch within the sliding glass door (to pool) was also broken so they had a pipe between door and door frame for security. Wi-Fi in theater didn’t work so my kids couldn’t use the Xbox. The air hockey table legs were broken and there were no barriers anyways. The shower attached to the Epcot room had ZERO pressure. Literally dripped water with no pressure. Many outlets were very loose. The hot tub was NOT even warm. We were told it was too cold outside but it was 65 to 74 all week. The projector screen did not work. The manager said you have to climb on the side of the pool and get close to the screen for it to work which obviously isn’t very easy or convenient. The air duct covers were very dusty as well as the Alice in wonderland/tree decor. Master bedroom had white sheets and blankets which looked dirty on arrival. We have rented other houses in champions gate before and we picked this house for the kids. There were so many amenities on the listing however it left a lot to be desired.

Great experience for a family

Renting a house in the Orlando area was an amazing experience. This house was so much fun for our kids, keeping them occupied just playing at the home. We fully enjoyed movie nights in the theater, and swam in the pool and spa every day! The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and we really enjoyed the amenities at the Oasis Clubhouse for the waterpark, cabanas, grill, and service. Highly recommend staying here, check in was easy, host was responsive, and the house was clean and accommodating!

The absence of air conditioning made the house uncomfortably warm, despite a technician's attempt to address the issue. However, the management suggested that the cooling system was functioning optimally from their end, attributing any warmth to prolonged door openings, which was not the case due to being at a park all day. Delays during check-in were also reported, with a waiting time exceeding an hour due to cars being checked one by one in order to enter neighborhood. Moreover, the management's response to AC concerns, particularly concerning for a guest with a young child, lacked professionalism, indicating an indifferent attitude towards guest comfort. Additionally, caution is advised regarding the deposit, as unsubstantiated claims of damage may lead to forfeiture. Notably, several amenities within the property were found to be dysfunctional, diminishing the overall experience. Furthermore, the presence of surveillance cameras and unfriendly neighbors may deter those seeking privacy in a rental setting. Overall, the management's reluctance to address issues and tendency to shift blame onto guests detract from the quality of the rental experience.

Amazing Themed Home

This was truly the most remarkable home we have ever stayed in. These pictures do not do this house justice. Many walls were textured, with mushrooms and trees protruding from the walls. The attention to detail was comparable to what you may expect throughout Disney Parks. There was even a room with a small hole in the wall which led to the movie room. The kids had a blast crawling through this, also changing the room color via remote. Some walls were painted with phosphorescent paint which was enhanced with black lighting, in and around the movie room. Everyone enjoyed the movie room as well as the table games in the upstairs game rooms. We had difficulty trying to figure out the upstairs gaming systems and arcade machines.The pool offered relief from the extreme heat. There were plenty of chairs to lounge around the pool. The outdoor movie screen was an added treat. Everything was immaculate, from the kitchen to the bathroom and bedrooms. When we had any questions Keith quickly responded to our emails. We had an issue after hours with a broken Pack N Play, and the property manager delivered a freshly sanitized one within a short period of time. The woman from that office was so sweet on the phone. We would love to stay in this home again! Thank you for a memorable family vacation.

Amazing Home

The movie theater was everyone favorite part. The Alice and Wonderland theme was cool the kids loved it. The teenagers loved the projector by the pool even though we couldn't figure out how to work it but no biggie because it was a TV at the bar. Very comfortable home to spend family time.

Exceeded expectations

This property was perfect for our group of 14 with kids ages 3-13. The pictures are impressive, but walking in the actual house is jaw dropping. We were noticing thoughtful details in the decorations all week. We did have some minor issues with the pool projector and internet connection in the theater. The property manager was extremely responsive and was in the house fixing the issues within hours. Overall the property was amazing. We had the best time and would absolutely book again. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Beautiful themed house

Beautiful home. The themed movie theater, stairway and bedrooms upstairs were steller. The door code given us did not work once we arrived at 6pm so we had to call after hours and they got us a new code right away. The pool was so fun but the filter didn’t seem to work much on it so we were constantly cleaning it out of bugs. Also the next door house had an extremely large party that played loud music and shouted all the time. Thankfully they left half way through the week but we did have to ask them to turn down the music at 10pm at night. The house was close to Disney (20 min) and universal (30 minutes). The absolute gem of the house was the theater. Easy to use and so so fun to unwind at night in the nice cold theater. Highly recommend. Would come back!

Great house. Great amenities.

The house was great. The only complaints from those staying with me were that the temperature would not get low enough, the speakers outside that connect to the projector weren't loud enough, and the arcade machines weren't the easiest to operate (especially playing pacman). The community pool and gym were very nice. This was a great place for kids.

Air was hot

The property was fantastic. There were some minor issues, the property management company was great and very responsive. The only issue was the upstairs air unit would not go below 74 at night and routinely would be in the 80 by morning. Not sure if it was a pre set program ( I guess it is). We will definitely look to stay at this or another property again.
