Deadbolt was broken, no remote control, TV didn't work for more than 15 minutes at a time. 8 police cars at the hotel from 2:30 through 5 a.m. staff stated they would come to the room "in a few minutes" and I waited for 45 minutes, and no one came.

As soon as I pulled into the parking lot I saw prostitutes and a drug dealer hanging out in front of the hotel selling their wares. Check in was easy. I asked for a few extra towels and the attendant brought them to my room. The room was ok. It needs to be cleaned better. There was a dirty, used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The toilet had hair, piss and dirt all around the base of it. The floors were sticky and there were dirty hand prints on the walls. Some lamps didn’t have bulbs. The sheets had dirt in them. The shower was extremely hard to turn on and off because the faucet handle was broken. All night long we heard people screaming, arguing and stomping. There are a lot of nefarious activities going on at this place all hours of the day and night. I didn’t feel safe being there alone. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The rooms weren’t all the way up to par, however compared to other places I scene online. That was cheap for the amount of days it wasn’t bad, it definitely needs work. They need to make sure they keep the rooms cleaned and inspected before the next guest arrives. Plus making sure everything is washed thoroughly too many stains stains on sheets and towels.The current owners are upgrading the building and are open to constructive feedback. I have hope that the new owners will make this a five star hotel.

Staff was friendly. Overall, I could do it again if I had to, BUT, there were small roaches everywhere… i only took my shoes off when in bed, but absolutely did not walk without shoes. In all fairness, the shower was nice (remodeled), nice water pressure and super hot water. There was no toilet paper, 1 bed had a comforter and the other did not. For the price, it is worth it because it was cheap, but if I had to change 1-3 things, invest in pest control, do a better job mopping the floors, and paint the doors every now and then. I am at a different hotel across the street, and for $20 more, there is no noise, NO BUGS, everything is in order, and my shoes are off. My ex wife and family would definitely NOT stay here, but once you kill all the roaches, you’re good.

Didn't Like: The check-in started with dirty floor because they gave me the wrong room, the internet was so bad, the Breakfast was limited and the items disappeared during the stay, i asked for Room service 3 times, only 1 time they arrive, 3 days before the end of my stay, they informed me that the police took over the property and i have to check-out without other explanation, i was going to Disney on that day, and there was no time to pack and go to any other hotel, they mention refunding, but since i booked a package including the Flight & Car and i wont get anything, after spending time arguing, they accept to shift my stay to another hotel under the same management, still lost couple of stuff of my items and almost half day of the Disney visit, on of the things i lost as well, a package suppose to reach to the facility but since i was forced out they didn't accept it, and till date trying to get the refund.

All guest had to leave hotel no clear reason was informed either I accepted the credit for two days or transferred to another Baymont hotel 15 miles away...it was 8pm when I returned from work on Friday the 28th...I am a 70 year old that continues working and have traveled all over the World this "situation " has never happened before. Returned the next morning to pick up a coffee mug that I forgot and the hotel room was occupied by guests that checked in on Friday !!! Why ??? I am considering informing the press regarding this matter...
