Enjoy a nice cocktail at one of the two refreshing pools or have a nice lunch at the Club House restaurant. There is also tennis and a golf course, an elegant clubhouse with restaurant and bar, jogging paths, fitness center, large lake, children's playground, basketball, 24-hour security and much more. No cleaning fee !!! When renting my vacation condo(Ventura Country Club- Willowpointe), you can use a GPS for the length of your stay for free, no charge. The car rental companies charge about $ 8-10 per day for a GPS-NAVI.
The GPS can be programmed in any language. All Orlando theme parks / attractions / restaurants / gas stations, etc. are already stored in the GPS under points of interest and can be easily selected. A GPS in the U.S. is very helpful if you are not familiar with the area. It is very easy to get lost.
It saves a lot of $$$ and time!!

This condo is in a perfect area for adults or families. There is an 18 hole golf course, beautiful pools, on site restaurant and security. We couldn't recommend it more. In addition, you are close to many more restaurants and theme parks. The owner is always available for questions or problems. It is extra clean and has easy access to walking trails and a golf driving range

Great time in Orlando

We had a great stay in Orlando. My husband and I loved staying at Jans condo, he was a very gracious host! The location was great for Disney World and Universal. Cocoa Beach and Kennedy space center was only a little over an hour away! We ate in the clubhouse restaurant and really enjoyed the prime rib special! We plan on returning to Orlando and Jans condo!

Great condo and country club for a family vacation in Florida. The condo is spacious, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The golf Course was in great condition and we enjoyed other facilities such as the main club house pool and the smaller pool close to the condo. We also enjoyed food and drink at the 19th hole.

This was the best vacation rental we have stayed in. It was clean, spacious, and lots of amenities. We enjoyed the pools and daily walks in the gated community. OUR HOME IN ORLANDO - VENTURA GOLF COUNTRY CLUB

Back home for some vacations days in Orlando, we were pleased to find the place super clean and upgraded since last year. It has been the same since our first stay here 6 or 7 years ago. This gated community the condo is a part of it, is really a safe place with guards patrolling 24 h a day and Police Officers watching for safety and speeding .... Parking our car in front of our door is a plus, easy contact and fast reacting owner makes our stay enjoyable . The condo is perfectly situated at 20 mn driving car from the Mall at Millenia or Winter Park historic center. Public, CVS and Walmart are at a few minutes distance.

Lovely Ventura Condo

This lovely first floor condo was updated in Dec 2012. We were the first to enjoy! Jan spared no expense, newly tiled floors and fabulous tiled baths. Kitchen is well supplied, all you need is the food. Screened patio is private, overlooks green space and gets the morning sun. Bedroom windows have blackout drapes for those sleep in mornings. Condos are well built and are very quiet. HD TV and wifi. Heated pool nearby. The golf course just rehabbed the greens and they are challenging! We love the community so much we are trying to buy our own place, if that doesn't work out this is where I want to stay!
