The front desk staff was not friendly. I expressed I wasn’t satisfied with my stay and she said she was sorry to hear that and didn’t ask for suggestions as to improvement. We were placed on the 1st floor right in front of the ice machine. It was very noisy. The cleaning staff conversed loudly beginning at 7am. We were also charged a per diem to park our car on top of a parking tax. Orlando has hundreds of choices of places to stay. Next time I’ll choose some place else.

The property was lovely. The villas are clean and neat. The grounds are well-maintained with beautiful landscaping and it's easy to walk from your villa to the various pools and main building where there are restaurants, a coffee shop, and many fun activities!

Clean room. Our two kids fights were canceled and we had unexpected visitors for our stay. They couldn’t get over how comfortable the pull out couch was. Plenty of amenities at the resort and the staff was very friendly.

The room was clean and the amenities were nice for the resort. All was great except the cleaning staff has absolutely no consideration for the guests regarding the noise levels in the morning. They started banging at 7am and were still loud at 12pm upon checkout. Otherwise, we would’ve given it 5 stars.
