We had a amazing stay at this resort. The amenities were great. I would highly consider returning for another staycation. The drinks at the bar were great. However, there were two young bartenders at the main pool, on different days, who were short and rude with their answers. Thankfully the drinks, staff and the pool allowed us to ignore the negativity and continue to relax .

Staff was not very friendly. Hotel transportation took forever and had to contact front office multiple times to remind them to send a vehicle. Buildinga and rooms are far so hotel transportation is needed if needed to visit office. We also asked for toothbruah/toothpaste kit and no one came to deliver it. Had to go to the offoce physically next day to get it.
