Staff were friendly. The rooms are a little beat up but the shower had great pressure. Slept well. Also close to the pool and hot tub area. Only thing that sucks is parking is limited by your building. If you get back late you might have to walk a little.

The property and room was beautiful but the staff tries to feel you out whether you have money or worthy of there timeshare presentation. I felt judge checking inn and at 11:30 pm they harassed my room for having the vol at 23 mind you the tv goes up to vol 100 so it couldn’t had been that loud. I guess the neighbor complained. The walls are paper thin I also heard the neighbors getting dressed at 6am the next day. Maybe I should have called security also haha so ridiculous.

This has been an annual vacation spot for us for the past few years. The place is great for families and offers a nice variety of activities balanced with relaxation. HOWEVER, the food quality seems to be declining year after year and offers very few healthy options. Also this year they added a parking fee of $25/day! They also offer no shuttles to the airport, which is disappointing. It’s still a nice place, but I think we’ll be considering other options next year, or at the very least plan on eating elsewhere when possible. If you do go, I would highly suggest hitting a grocery store on the way in as the price of everything inside is 2-3X what you pay in the real world.

Check in was okay, but felt as though we were looked down on and judged like we didn’t belong because we are a young couple wearing casual outfits (hoodies, jeans, leggings) and nothing fancy. The first night, we ate at the restaurant on site, and ordered a simple burger and salmon with rice. We waited an hour before we received any food, while people who came after us in larger parties were being served long before us. Our server seemed to be avoiding us the entire time, giving no updates on our order. When we got our food, it was carelessly put on the plates, and not nice and presentable like other guests’ meals of the same order. Our server never came by to check on us, and we had to wait 20 minutes just to get the bill to pay. We were scheduled to have housekeeping come three times during our 7 day stay. They did not show up once. The first scheduled day, fine; It was just a simple making of the bed and any small things that needed cleaning up, so we just left it at that. But the second scheduled day was supposed to have new linens and towels, along with trashes. At this point, all of our towels were dirty, our trashed full. We came back from our outings around 5pm to see housekeeping still had not came. We called to ask why housekeeping had not come, and was told they would be there within the next 30-40 minutes. We left to go to dinner, and came back around 8pm and they had STILL not come.

What I didn't know prior to arrival - is this is a time share! Not only did they try to get us into a presentation on the day of arrival (you're made to pick up your parking pass from the concierge), but we were woken up a little after 8am on the morning of departure, as the concierge tried to make another attempt to get us into the sales presentation! Having woken up my entire family, the agent then proceeded to hang up, and the front desk management was completely unapologetic about the incident (other than a "sorry," when clearly they should have offered a good will credit for some of our incidentals). Also, be prepared for very long lines at the reception at all hours of the day. Whatever positive impression this property could have left after the stay, went down the drain, due to the fact that this isn't really a hotel (I am even a Platinum member with Marriott); they don't "value" the guests, because they don't need to. P.S. Couldn't even get a bottle of water on my way out the door, because the line at the front desk was too long, and the concierge (busy playing with her phone) was to lazy to give me a hand. Someone should explain to these team members that they work in the hospitality industry; clearly, the meaning of that lesson has been lost.
