COMMUNITY ACCESS & GUEST REGISTRATION



ChampionsGate is a gated and staffed community.



Guests must be pre-registered before arrival in order to access the community.



After booking, the reservation holder will be asked to provide the guest information required for community gate and security registration.



At the community entrance, guests may be asked to provide their first and last name and the property address in order to obtain the appropriate parking pass and gain access to the resort.



Self check-in at the home is provided through a smart-lock code.



PARKING & COMMUNITY VEHICLE RULES



The ChampionsGate community permits a maximum of 6 vehicles per property.



Parking and resort access are included at no additional charge from Elevated Stays.



The community does not permit:



• Charter buses

• RVs

• Trailers

• Boats

• Slingshots

• Golf carts

• Campers



OPTIONAL BBQ GRILL



Use of the onsite BBQ grill is optional and available for:



$40 plus applicable tax per stay



The fee includes propane and cleaning of the grill.



SECURITY DEPOSIT & GUEST AGREEMENT



The property management company requires a $500 refundable security deposit.



This is processed as a temporary authorization hold on the guest’s credit card and is required 2 days prior to arrival.



The authorization is released after checkout once the property has been inspected and no damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or other additional charges are identified.



Please note that the timing for released funds to become available may vary depending on your financial institution.



Guests are also required to review and sign our Guest Agreement after booking. The agreement outlines important property rules, community requirements, security deposit terms, and other information related to the reservation.



Failure to complete the required security deposit authorization or Guest Agreement may affect the reservation.



EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT



Because this home is frequently booked with back-to-back reservations, early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.



Requests may be considered up to 3 days prior to arrival or departure, depending on availability.



When approved:



Early check-in or late checkout: $20 per hour plus applicable tax



Guests must receive written approval in advance.



Unauthorized late departures may result in charges for documented additional costs incurred, as permitted under applicable booking-platform policies.
