Few minor things to correct, dryer took several cycles to dry clothing, heating of hot tub should be done by property manager, water in kitchen sink didn't heat, remove dog bowl if dogs aren't allowed (saw raccoon and cats eating food) to avoid animals coming to front door and garbage bin, and if property is sitting unoccupied it should maybe be cleaned weekly even if no one rents it.
