A dedicated workspace means remote workers or trip planners aren't left scrambling for a surface. Step outside to the private patio - a shaded corner spot with outdoor furniture that's well suited to morning coffee or an evening wind-down in the cooler Florida air.
Sleeping arrangements
Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a quiet retreat with its own ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and the third bedroom is set up with a double bed and a bunk bed - a practical layout for families traveling with kids or guests who don't mind sharing. A laundry room on the second floor keeps the end-of-trip scramble manageable.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is stocked for real cooking - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, and a coffee maker are all on hand. Solid surface countertops give you prep space, and the dining table seats the group comfortably. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses are provided. Orlando Premium Outlets, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios are all reachable within 25 minutes along the major roads that connect this part of Kissimmee to Central Florida's main attractions.

Longer stays may require additional supplies. Check-in is from 4 PM; checkout is by 10 AM. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.
