Upstairs: 1 King size in spacious Master suite that includes a master bathroom with bathtub completed with his and hers sinks. 2 twin size beds in Mickey Mouse themed bedroom, 1 bunk bed (with 1 twin up , one full down and pull out bed), 1 full bathroom with shower. Full washer and dryer.
The outdoor space is truly Amazing! You will enjoy of your own private swimming pool, sun loungers to enjoy and relax and covered lanai that includes dining table with chairs.
The best part is the privacy from neighbors of the exterior space with side walls and no neighbors on the back.

- POOL/SPA: Optional heated pool for $140 for the whole stay (Up to 6 days maximum stay). Should be requested and paid at least 3 days in advance. Pool takes sometime to warm, Pool heater runs 12 hours a day, where the SPA is available, that is not considered a hot tub and so the SPA and the Pool water temperature will be the same. No Refunds if water does not warm up as you wished.
Please, use only plastic cups in the pool area. If there’s broken glass in the pool we need to drain and sweep the pool. The charge for this will be $500.

- BBQ GRILL: Can be added as an additional service for $85 per stay which includes one (1) propane gas tank, should be requested at least 3 daysprior to the check-in date, after check-in time extra fee applies.

INDEMNITY: By making this reservation the guest will indemnify and save harmless the Owner, the Management Company or Manager from any and all damage, loss, expense, claim, action or liability of any kind whatsoever, or however caused including, without limitation, a claim of any kind by any member of the Guest party. The guest is responsible for any damage of any kind to the property caused or contributed to by the guest, members of the guest party or by invitees of the guest. All Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.
