House Rules

* No parties or loud activities. Unauthorized parties may result in
extra cleaning charges and possible eviction.

* Use designated parking areas only; parking is first-come,
first-served.
* All waste must be bagged and tied for valet trash pick-up. Loose
items and sharp objects will not be collected.

Use of Amenities

* Notify in advance if you plan to use the BBQ grill; a $65 setup and
cleaning fee applies.
* The pool and spa are heated at an additional cost of $45 per day,
but the house does not have a hot tub. Water temperature from the
jets will be the same as the pool.
* Pool and BBQ inspections are done weekly; notify the host if you
want to be informed of inspection dates.

Shipping Policy

* Deliveries should be sent directly to the property address. The
resort does not handle guest packages.
