First and Foremost, I booked a King room and at check in the reception desk attendant upgraded my room to a balcony king and said that it was a no charge comp and then billed my CC for a $100 up charge! That evening we went to dinner to celebrate my friends birthday and I asked the waitress where I could go smoke a cigar after dinner and have a glass of wine. I was rudely told that if I smoke anything that I would be charged $500.00 to my room for environmental fee. The next morning I went to the coffee bar and got a cup of coffee and then sat down to check my email and drank my coffee, then I went back to get a refill to take to my room and I was told that the espresso bar had coffee, so I went to the espresso bar and asked for a refill and they told me it would be $5.32, I said that I just got coffee at the reception desk and it was no charge. I then said I’ll take a cup and gave the attendant a $20.00 bill and he said that he couldn’t make change. So I said that the hotel is that cheap that they need to change guest for coffee. Honestly I would not recommend this hotel to anybody, I contacted hotel management and filed a complaint and they basically said they would look into it, I have not received a response from them especially the room up charges. I was being generous with a 2 star review.
