I had a really great experience overall at the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes. The hotel itself is beautiful and the amenities are excellent. The pool and common areas are very well maintained, and I would definitely love to stay here again. The room was spacious and very nice, though it did have a bit of a humid smell from the carpet, nothing major, just noticeable. The breakfast buffet was the highlight of the dining options. It was delicious, fresh, and by far the best food experience we had during our stay. That said, I do wish the restaurants were of better quality. The food at the other spots was mediocre at best, especially considering how expensive it was. Drinks were also extremely overpriced, which took away from the overall dining experience. Despite that, the hotel itself is a wonderful place to stay with great service and amenities. With some improvements in the restaurant and bar offerings, this could easily be a solid 5 star experience
