Was great, all house keep employees were friendly and respected your privacy. i’m a first time traveller and noticed small ants near the bathroom toilet, wasn’t sure if it was normal in orlando when reading other reviews from different hotels but other than this, a fantastic hotel. Hot breakfast, heated pool, laundry room and workout room. they have everything.

The free Breakfast was delicious in a spacious room with lots of choices including DIY Mickey waffles plus even shredded chicken or pulled chicken along with other pastry, yogurt and usual breakfast fare. Food was replenished often by attentive staff. Only 2 complaints is that parking is $21 daily and my final bill was $45 more which I unfortunately did not request at checkout. I have had extreme difficulty finding hotel number to call at the front desk. I was given a phone number that always redirected me to hotel reservations for a mass hotel phone answering system after I also listened to Ai programmed answers and directions that was not helpful. I miss personal local phone numbers that allow personal customer service
