I went down to the front desk to ask for creamer at around 11am and was told they would bring it to my room. At around 12:30 I called the front desk and was told they were bringing it to my room. They finally brought the creamer to my room at 3:30pm. Staff was a bit rude. I've stayed at other Home 2 suites and have never experienced such poor customer service

I would stay here without hesitation and recommend this place to anyone. The property itself was super well maintained and the room was clean and perfectly appointed with everything you could need. The fried chicken biscuit with Nashville hot honey at breakfast is an option that I'd never seen offered on a complimentary buffet and it was pretty impressive. My son and I used the rooftop pool and were the only ones enjoying it at the time but it was stocked with towels and looked very sanitary. I was actually delighted during my entire stay here by how well done everything was; from the desk's service to the details. I have stayed at multiple "luxury", high end boutique hotels that don't compare to the overall experience we had here.

Would be nice if the property gave notice at booking that is VALET PARKING ONLY. I had to spend $100 on parking for just 2 DAYS. That is a rip off and I will not be staying that this property again !!!

It was quiet clean convenient and comfortable. All staff was friendly. The area is nice and there’s many places to dine at in walking distance. There is also a nice quiet and peaceful park with a big lake close to the hotel. Makes for a nice walk during sunset. There is also a Publix grocery store near the park as well. Next time I need a hotel in Orlando I’ll be returning to Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando Downtown

Extra charges not clear!!!

I made the reservation directly through Home2Suites Hilton Orlando Downtown. When I arrive to the hotel I was told that it was done through Expedia, and that it was very usual for the persons to enter directly to the web page of the hotel, made the reservation there, but really you are making the reservation through expedia. This was in reference, that when we arrive around 8:00pm on a Sunday, we asked a place to park our car, and the front desk told us that the only place to park with them was accepting the valet parking that cost $40.00 extra per night. I explained that the information they were giving was not in the web page, and that is when the front desk told me that it was because when I reserve through the web page of the hotel, they resend to Expedia. I told them that in the web page there was anything talking about that they do not gave space for parking, it only says that there are addtional charge if you use Valet Parking and that is an option. After telling that, the guy said that I could park in the street but only until 6 am, and that it was a parking place, but that it was not near and that it was going to cost also. As a note it was raining and I am a handicap person. So, I had to paid extra $40 for one night. But, I felt like the hotel was robbing me, not explaining that they do not have a place to park the car, and that if you want to park your car in a place that belongs to the hotel you had to paid extra per night. I am not going to return ever.
