Overall, the cleanliness of the property and the amenities were satisfactory. However, the check-in process was quite frustrating. Upon arrival at the gate entrance, we provided our name for check-in. We then proceeded to the lobby, where we stood in line and were asked our name and purpose twice by two different staff members while waiting. At the check-in desk, we gave our name again. Afterward, we had to visit another desk to obtain a parking pass and once more provided our name. It seems excessive to be asked for our name and purpose multiple times. By the third time, the staff should have been aware of who we were and why we were there. On a positive note, the room was very comfortable and spacious. However, we were informed that checkout was at 10 a.m., yet housekeeping rang our doorbell at 9 a.m., asking about our checkout time. From a location perspective, the property is technically across the street from SeaWorld. However, there is no designated walking path. Unless you go during the day when the shuttle service is available, attending events such as Hollow Scream at night requires driving your own car or walking approximately 17 minutes through the parking lot.

The only complaints I had was the door from the living room out onto the screened in porch was locked and wouldn’t unlock. But that wasn’t a big deal consider both bedrooms had their own screened in porch 😁. The other complaint was the coffee pot! That was a big deal as you had to press the button down to make the coffee go into a regular cup and it rarely got hot and had to be put in microwave immediately to make it hot. That needs to be replaced but still not a deal breaker by any means. Beautiful resort and unit! I need to mention the guest services /front desk folks were truly incredible! Kudos to them no doubt! Housekeeping was excellent and detailed

Love the pool and hot tubs as well as the restaurant and market. Great location for Sea World and very quiet.

Property was clean and well maintained. The next building over was under renovation so there were a lot of workers in the parking area at times but it was good. Staff was friendly except for the night woman in the guard shack who got snotty because we didn't know nor were we told that you use your key to get back in after you are registered. It was dark and the place to scan your room key is not well marked and she came out and was not very nice about explaining to us the key use to come back on property. We didn't know and she was not helpful at all.
