The blind in the room didn’t work so we couldn’t sleep and did report to front desk but it never got fixed , elevator full of spilled liquid my husband almost fell reported it did not get cleaned up promptly, this was not a good experience!

Over charging for breakfast $18 per adult daily plus $15 daily parking. Most hotels these are complimentary amenities and services. Room wasn't serviced daily not even a knock on the door to see if i needed towels.
