Our stay was great. More than enough room for our family. Pool and spa were great. The owner was very responsive to any issues or questions. Pool got cold on the 4th day of our stay and there was someone there to assist immediately. I would definitely consider staying here again for our annual friends and family vacation.

Family vacation

Large spac ious house with plenty of room for all of us, lots of appliances and games, but some of the furniture was very worn and some of it was broken. The property manager was quick to fix any problems that arose. We had a great stay but the houses around us were very noisy which interfered with our stay.

I want to be clear that the property I am reviewing is not the original property I booked. The original home looked beautiful online, and I chose it largely because it was only five doors down from the family we were traveling with.A few hours after booking, I received an email saying that property was no longer available and that my reservation had been moved to another house. I was not given a real choice. The replacement home did not look nearly as nice, but with travel plans already in place, I felt forced to accept it.When I asked why the original home was unavailable, Xiao told me there was scheduled maintenance for a leaky roof that had caused mold, with work scheduled for 5/15. I checked throughout that day and saw no visible roof repair or outdoor maintenance.When we arrived at the replacement house, we were extremely disappointed. The home was dirty, the pots and pans were disgusting, and the linens were old and mismatched. After I complained, we were offered another house, but it was just as bad.This experience felt misleading. The beautiful home I booked was not the home I received, and the replacement was clearly lower quality. Whether intentional or not, it felt like the nicer listing was used to secure the booking, then guests were moved to something inferior.Guests deserve honesty, cleanliness, and the property they actually booked. We did not receive that, and I would not recommend renting from this host or company.

Not as nice as the photos

Pros: lots of rooms Large dining area Fun game room space Pool area overlooking lake Cons: Constant ice maker issues More worn than photos would appear Our family enjoyed the spacious home, pool, and lots of bedroom spaces. We spent lots of time over by the lazy river as well. We had to have a towel on the floor the whole trip in the kitchen because the ice maker was constantly leaking. Property management even came and “fixed” it and it still stayed stuck open and leaked water into the floor. Some dishes under the cupboards had to be washed upon arrival before use. Parts of the home near tub edges and such were more worn than the photos would appear. I wish I could rate half stars because it was a 3 1/2, we felt.
