A bumpy start to our stay in that we couldn't find the free shuttle to the hotel. Then, when we arrived, the front desk staff was challenging to deal with. First, the system was down so we had to sit and wait to check in. Then, once back up, the staff raced through the check in with more commands than helpful information or insights.

I had real bad trouble with the internet at the airport, subsequently my email address was blocked so I couldn’t see my booking confirmation email. The young lady(Evaluna) on the desk at the hotel was very helpful and extremely patient with my lack of tech skills. She gave us a ground floor room which was very spacious, well laid out and clean. Evaluna even organised our shuttle back to the airport. Thank you to all who made our short as easy as possible.

As usual the Hampton was spotless, efficient and very welcoming. I book Hamptons because they are basically all the same ... I know what to expect and I get it - The shuttle service at this hotel to / from the Orlando airport was superb.
