Booked this on expedia and received lots of great communication from Ramada.
On arrival, it became apparent that this was an old property (Flamingo Waterpark) recently purchased by Ramada. The signs in the hotel still said Flamingo and there was a small Ramada sign on the street (very difficult to see during the day and impossible to see at night).
But, worse, the property is in terrible condition. Peeling paint, rusty hardware (door handles, plumbing, sink), dirty and broken light fixtures, and noisy fans.
And, worse than that, the room SMELLS AWFUL. A mixture of cigarette smoke, body odor, mildew, and sewage.
A perfect hotel for hourly rental by streetwalkers and their customers, but a far cry from a Ramada.
