The water park slides were broken. The hot tub was also broken. Breakfast was a disaster. The same hot dogs cut up. There was canned fruit and the pancakes were like rubber. We had to go down to get towels.

Booked a room for the weekend specifically wanting access to a hot tub and the water park. There was no indication until checking in that the hot tub and water park were not in working order. Would not recommend staying here.

All replied, we’re out of order a kit pull us out of order. The pool was not even the hot tub wasn’t warm. We had to move room 3× the 1st time they put us in a king bedroom second time the room reeked of mold then we informed them that we had been coming in a group and asked for the rooms to be assigned close to each other in the gentleman that was on the night shift told me to make sure when I came for breakfast that I told them so the following morning I got up to go for their breakfast buffet that they’re ravaging about. Yeah, definitely garbage. They literally serve premade pancakes and cut up cold hot dogs there was no eggs, no waffles no choices at all so while I’m down there I made sure to stop by the front desk and informed the lady we were coming in a group and would like to be rooms near each other so she said that’s great that you told me now because I haven’t assigned the rooms yet she asked me the last name I confirmed well needless to say my friends get to the hotel get checked in and they put them in a totally different building away from us. So when I got there, I asked them why they didn’t put them next to us. Which prompted me to have to move rooms again because there’s no sense in having two rooms have to move rather than one. Then Saturday night get back to the room being flooded in the bathroom well obviously if the room above it’s flooding wouldn’t you have common courtesy to check the room below or give us a call? Being charged a resort fee for nothing!

NOT A RESORT!! The "waterpark" has been shut down for maintenance, breakfast is frozen pancakes and sausage, can not find an open bar on sight at 630 on a Friday night and room was never serviced during our 4 night stay, asked multiple times for additonal towels and never got them. Would not recommend.
