The ground floor sets the tone for easy, relaxed gathering. Step outside through the living area and you'll find a private patio with outdoor furniture - a quiet spot to sit out under the Florida sky at the end of the evening.
Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms. A queen bedroom on the ground floor sits alongside a full bathroom, making it a convenient option for anyone who prefers single-level living. Upstairs, the primary bedroom comes with its own ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom features two single beds and is well-suited for younger guests or additional family members, with a further full bathroom also on this floor.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked for proper home cooking - you'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a full set of cooking basics including pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper. Dishes, silverware, and wine glasses are all provided, along with a coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, and blender. A dining table rounds out the space for shared mealtimes.
Bathrooms
Three bathrooms serve the home, each with hot water and a full set of essentials. You'll find a bathtub, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel available across the bathrooms.
Laundry & home comforts
An in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays straightforward. The home also includes air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, room-darkening shades, iron, clothing storage, hangers, extra pillows and blankets, and bed linens. A dedicated workspace is available if you need to stay connected, and the property is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

A pack 'n play/travel crib and children's dinnerware are available on request, making the home a practical choice for guests travelling with little ones.

Disney's Animal Kingdom is around 8 minutes away, Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios roughly 10 minutes, and Epcot and Disney Springs around 12 minutes. Orlando Premium Outlets is a 10-minute drive, SeaWorld about 20 minutes, and Universal Studios roughly 25 minutes. Interstate 4 is close by for straightforward access to dining, shopping, and the wider region.
A note on supplies
An initial supply of essentials is provided - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, kitchen towels, and lined trash cans. For stays beyond a few days, you may need to replenish some items.
