The stay was good except first night.

First night sofa bed had bed bugs and my grandnephew has bed bites, didn’t notice til morning. They comp be for that night. I asked front desk laundry service to wash grandnephew clothes, they gave me coins and detergent to wash his clothes, I found out later they charged me.

First time seeing at a Fairfield. No negatives. Rooms were updated,clean. They have a standout breakfast. Huge selection of edible food. So many places we’ve stayed have lackluster offerings. Have small bar with a limited menu but nice to have when cold and rainy and not wanting to go out. We enjoyed talking to Madison at bar, and Elaine Powell who was a regional manager in for a surprise visit. They stay on top of their hotels.

great hotel!!! shuttle service to disney parks, great complimentary breakfast, hotel restaurant was really good and they typically clean the room every other day, but at request and with no extra cost will accommodate daily cleaning! also very close to shopping center, restaurants, etc really great location!!!!

I would stay here again in a heartbeat! A quiet, relaxing, comfortable, and peaceful stay after all day adventures at various parks in the area! The staff were friendly and helpful. The Italian Restaurant nearby was authentic! Shops nearby for anything you forgot or need. Loved every second. Just what I needed!!!!
