They said are room which was reserved wasn't available. They wanted to split My family of 4 with 2 kids into 2 rooms instead. We waited about an hour for a room to be available. The property is completely outdated, musty. My husband got a Sinus Infection from being in that musty room. We didn't have enough pillows or bedding. They only gave us 2 towels for 4 people, then wanted to charge us for more towels. We specifically reserved this hotel for the kitchen, which had no pots, pans, utensils, or dish soap available. Reservation included free Wi-Fi, yet we were charged for wi-fi. Reservation said kitchen fully equiped, it had nothing! It said it was a non-smoking facility, the whole place reeked of cigarette smoke. Never Again!

It was a dump, it smelled so bad that it gave the impression that a dead China man had died in that room. The toilet seat was loose and that the tub had not been clean for months

There was roaches in the room and the whole place was dirty. Staff was unhelpful. If you need to check in after 10pm, you’ll wait a hour or two for somebody to come to the front desk

The parking area was okay the room temperature was fine except the bedroom had no air conditioning so you need to leave the living room door open to get air. The rooms are old, dirty with roaches. They do not provide utensils and pots and pans unless you pay extra. No papertowels or soap. Just one bar of soap for the sink none for the shower.

The floor was slippery and we were just provided a towel to clean it. It seemed as if they used some cleaning product that left the floor very greasy. I slipped and almost fell down. Front desk was made aware but nothing was done.

From the first night, there were roaches on the outside of the hotel room, and then I noticed roaches on the inside of the room they tried to give me multiple other rooms however, there were roaches in all of the rooms. I am extremely upset that the rooms were already prepaid as I would have went to another hotel.
