The hotel smelled of cigarette smoke from the moment you walked in, all the rooms smelled the same, the carpet was incredibly dirty, the shower filled with water because it didn't drain properly, and there were cockroaches on the walls.

I didn’t expect much but what I DID expect was, NO BUGS! However that’s just what we got There were bugs in the bathroom that appeared to be coming from the bathroom sink drain. In the morning after getting out of bed, there was one IN the bed!!! Yuk!! Spend a little more. Lesson learned !!

My stay was very disappointing and unacceptable. I arrived around 11pm with a confirmed and prepaid reservation and was told at check-in that the hotel was overbooked. This has never happened to me before. When a reservation is confirmed and paid for, availability should be guaranteed. After some time waiting while the front desk agent spoke with the manager, I was placed in another room, but the situation already caused significant stress. Inside the room, the bedside lamp buttons were not working, and the kitchen light could not be turned off; I had to unscrew the light bulb. On the second night, when I arrived close to 12am, I found a cockroach on the bed, which is a serious hygiene issue. The hotel advertises “breakfast included”, which influenced my decision to book, but at around 9am the only option available was black coffee (at most tea), with no food provided. I documented everything with photos and video and showed it to the front desk at check-out. Overall, this stay did not meet basic standards of cleanliness, safety, or hospitality.

BEWARE there is a 30 minute timer on the air conditioner so the hotel saves money. If it wasn't for that I'd book again. They lost 3 stars for comfort.

I've always stayed at this specific location due to location and staff was always accommodating however the last 2 times I've stayed I have noticed roaches in bathroom and behind the headboard, I'd hate to move hotels but it may seem like I would need to, besides that hotels great.
