• POOL HEAT:
Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.

• PARKING:

Communication is awful. There was a leak from the bathroom into the kitchen, the disposal was broken. Bugs in the kitchen. they let me book an extra night and then took it away! I would never recommend this management company.

Dirty bedding, floors & counters. Tiny bugs and roach. Huge, loud parties every night until dawn.

This was our 3rd stay at Storey Lake. We thought it had become our home away from home. This trip was a huge disappointment. We got in about 9pm and right away had to wash bedding in 2nd floor master. It had makeup, hair, food and whatever else on it. The next morning I had to sweep floors because they were filthy. Fortunately Target is close by because we needed bug spray for tiny little bug infestation and even a cockroach. Counters were dirty and so was table which probably caused the bugs. Patio furniture was so dirty it was unusable plus the table was flimsy. Patio dirty and back portion was full of water that had molded and stunk. Sliding doors dirty. Gate near Target was unusable at night in or out because guard not there. When we left through other gate at 4:30am it was wide open with no guard so what’s the point of having it? So many neighboring houses held parties day and night. Cars everywhere and constantly in and out at night (again, why weren’t gates keeping people out). Booming, loud music. People partying and fighting in the street. Police were there most every night but when they left the parties would resume. Would finally quiet down about 5am. Although rules say no parties, it’s not enforced. I was told guards can’t do anything about it. When I emailed Executive Villas about concerns, I got no response. I would have thought that the photos I sent of the bugs and dirt would have been worth at least a “sorry”.
