Staff was very courteous, very spacious for the four adults. We didn’t get to experience the amenities as we were in Florida for the parks! Visited the pool area, but only for a walk through.

Hard sell on the time share and when not interested 4th level sales manager was extremely rude and dismissive. Hard to get the room cleaned even once during a one week stay despite numerous requests. Not really a resort.....hard to access anything without a car. Space in 2 bedroom was good.

The room was great, very spacious and clean on arrival. My only complaint is that we were there for 11 days and they never vacuumed the floor. Their “tidy up” mid week was just new towels and making the beds without changing any sheets or cleaning the floor. With 6 people in the 2 bedroom suite crumbs and fuzzballs end up on the floor and it would have been nice to have them vacuum.

Check in process was easy with great service. I love the check in building for its appearance and the smell. Our stay was fantastic! We had a 1 bedroom king suite which was spacious and had all the amenities. We enjoyed being able to save some money by having the option to cook in our room and also have the option to do laundry! We used the pool area which was really nice with a walk up bar. The pool has a large waterfall and a waterslide. The waterfall creates a fun ambiance to the pool setting. Would definitely stay here again!!
