I found a worm in my bed on the mid of the night when I complaint at the frontdesk I´ve been told that they are gonna compensate with the first day for free, and I also asked before to leave and they told me so again, turns out they only want to honor $20 and the booking was more than $90 per day almost 25% or less

Clean room but the lamp on the office desk and at the headboard of the bed KEPT glitching EVERYTIME we moved on the bed or tried to charged our phone. The stay was overall good but that light issue was a headache.

The place was clean and quiet the pool was good and every nice the room clean and nice but if you get there in the afternoon and what to take a bath there is no hot water you have to take one in the morning

The room looked clean and smelled nice when I checked in. Housekeeping comes daily to empty the trash, give new towels, and sometimes make the bed. The temperature control/AC was easy. Parking was always available. An ironing board and iron were provided after requesting them from the front desk. The curtains don't fully close together sometimes, allowing a gap between the two curtains, which can be a privacy concern. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not firm or supportive enough. The IHOP downstairs is open 24/7, which is convenient, but it can also be quite busy so service is slow for breakfast time.
