### House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please observe the following rules:
* Check-in is after 4:00 PM.
* Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
* At least one guest in the party must be 21 years of age or older.

### Important Information

* **Safety:** Your safety is important to us. The property is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and a fire extinguisher.
* **BBQ Grill:** Use of the barbecue grill is available for an additional fee of $65 + tax per stay. This includes one propane tank and final cleaning. Please request this service before your check-in date.
* **Packages:** Please contact us directly for instructions regarding package deliveries to the property.
