After booking, we’ll request:

Primary guest full name

Full names of all adult guests

Driver names and (if possible) vehicle plate numbers

We’ll send a vehicle access barcode (phone or printed) to show security at the gate.

Entry may be delayed or denied if not registered in advance.

Pool heating (optional – IMPORTANT):

$40 per day (2-night minimum)

Must be requested 48 hours in advance

May take up to 24 hours to reach max temperature (~95°F / 35°C)

If outdoor temps fall below 70°F / 21°C, the pool may not feel warm even with heat on

No refunds/credits if the desired temperature isn’t reached due to weather

This is not a hot tub/spa

Cleaning & trash:

Professional cleaning before & after your stay is included

No daily housekeeping

Please dispose of trash daily in designated bins to avoid pests

Mid-stay cleanings available for an additional fee

Package deliveries:

USPS may not deliver to vacation rentals and packages can be returned.

We recommend Amazon, DHL, or FedEx.

We are not responsible for returned, lost, or undelivered packages.

Interaction with Guests:

We communicate through the platform and are available before, during, and after your stay

Please report any issues (cleanliness, maintenance, damages, etc.) within the first 4 hours after check-in so we can assist quickly
