The room was clean but they need to take better care of their showers. Water drained very slowly, the shower head needs to be replaced and the tub itself seems to not have been installed properly. Poorly staffed and the coffee counter/buffet line. I don’t blame the worker who was doing their best to take care of everything and everyone in line by themselves. They struggled to keep people happy but I’m sure people after us were not with the lack of help and support.

had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. There was only one working elevator for the entire building, and we were staying on the 5th floor, which caused long waits and was extremely inconvenient throughout our stay. On top of that, our room turned out to be a shared/connecting room with very poor soundproofing. We could hear everything from the room next door, including loud snoring every night. It was impossible to get proper rest. We brought this issue to the front desk, but no accommodation or room change was offered, even though we were staying for five nights. To make matters worse, there is a $25 parking fee that was not clearly communicated upfront. For the price paid, this added fee felt unreasonable given the lack of basic comfort and service. Overall, this hotel did not meet expectations. Between the elevator issue, noise problems, lack of assistance from staff, and extra fees, I would not recommend staying here.

Prime location for a great price. The property is huge with every amenity you would need. Lots of options outside the property as well. Very safe. Place was clean with active members of hotel cleaning. Shower was hot with great pressure! Would stay there again is in the area. Only minor downfall is that the door has about an inch gap from the floor that brought in a lot of light and sound. A towel fixed that issue. This was not something that would detour me from a stay.

when we arrived the room that we reserved 1 Bedroom King suite with Balcony was not available, instead our room was downgrade to King guestroom with balcony. The Hotel manage to lower our rate charge. Hotel staff and amenities are ok.
