Great place near Universal. Pretty clean, good breakfast, nice staff. Can't ask for anything better in the price range. TV had cable connection and limited channels but that's nothing to complain about. Would definitely recommend.

When i lifted the sheets to check the mattress for bed bugs, it was super dirty with food crumbs. The restroom had 2 baby roaches. The shower curtain wouldnt stay closed as the rod was placed incorrectly. The water never got really hot and the drain took forever for the water to go down. The sound door would not lock at all. Pretty scary. The whole room made me feel gross.

I only had one complaint and that was that the shuttle to and from Universal only runs 3 times in the morning and 3 in the evening and picks up almost an hour and a half before the parks close, causing you to lose park time or walk the almost 2 miles back to the hotel. Otherwise the stay was amazing would definitely recommend with the transparency of shuttle times.

All the staff were friendly and courteous. Kayla at the front desk was exceptional. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and had a good variety to choose from. We also very much enjoyed the pool area.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. However, the room I was staying is the tub was not clean, but I would say the beds were good and comfortable. The pullout sofa bed needs to be updated.
