The room was in terrible condition and dirty. Holes in the wall, mold everywhere, cracked shower, tub would not drain. However, the breakfast was fresh and lots of Mickey waffles but the seating area was crowded and difficult to maneuver with a wheelchair. Lots of places to eat around the area.

When we got to our room we quickly noticed it was nothing like the pictures or descriptions online. The chair in the room was all scratched up on the leather, there was no shower curtain in the bathroom the bathtub drain plug was tossed in the tub instead of covering the hole of the drain. The refrigerator, microwave and tv were not even plugged in, if we wanted to plug them in we had to move the dresser away from the wall. It was just overall a bad experience we would never stay there again

Hotel looks nice on the outside, but the inside was gross and grungy looking. Upon walking into the lobby a child was twirling a bathroom plunger around and then they had her vacuuming the rugs. There was hair left in our sheets from the previous guest. The air conditioner had a leak so water pooled on our floor. Glad we only spent one night. If we were not checking in at midnight with 3 little kids that were already fussy we would had canceled or requested a new room.

We didn't try the breakfast. We had a 5 night stay the beds were comfortable, room was clean. We were surprised that the housekeeping staff changed out our towels daily along with emptying out trash.

Property very run down. Our room had no hot water the first night. We complained and they fixed it. Our A/C unit sounded like a car engine and although we complained it was never fixed. The bathroom had no exhaust fan so it got very fogged up and musty everytime we showered. We paid for a room with bunk beds, but the bunk beds had a limit of 110lbs, so our teens couldn’t use them. The room was only cleaned once with beds made during our 4 night stay. Please save your money and go somewhere else. Would definitely not stay here again. On a positive note, the front desk staff was very nice.

Worst experience ever.Very outdated and We wanted to leave the hotel right after we check in but we didn't because of my 2 year old kid.I dont know why everything felt very dirty and felt like 1 star hotel.Never ever going back to that hotel.

I’ll start with the only real positive: the staff was very friendly. This is a dated hotel that has not been maintained well in the slightest. It wasn’t dirty, but it wasn’t nice, either. We were woken up at 5:30 AM to a box truck being unloaded directly out our window. It was so loud and so disruptive, we were both awake. It’s dingy, and the bed was very uncomfortable. This was fine for a quick one night stay after a late flight before moving onto our Disney resort but would not recommend for anything longer than that.
