When we arrived we had a few issues with the house and pool. We addressed front desk and they went out of their way to make us very happy and made our trip even more enjoyable. Front desk was very welcoming and a pleasure to speak with. The water park was fun for the kids, the house we had was great, had a full arcade and pool/hottub. About 25 min from the Disney parks. Great location and about 10 min to target, Walmart and Publix. If we were to go back to Orlando, we would most definitely go back.

I’ve been an Expedia customer for so long and I’ve been a VIP recently and I was hoping with the VIP status our booking will be exceptional, but we were DOWNGRADED from a 7 bedroom house to a 5 bedroom house for 12 people, there was no rollaway bed that was given right away instead it was delivered the night before our checkout date, the fridge was not working and was leaking, and the pool!!! My gosh! I’ve requested for the pool to be heated and was willing to pay $60/day, but then they said that the house pool was broken and can’t be heated due to pool parts missing! My gosh they gave me the worst house.. this was the worst vacation ever!

This was our second time using the resort. This time the floor had big stains all over the place which made it unpleasant and gave the feel of not being clean. Amenities are nice. Complimentary breakfast is very limited. Staff was nice.

Large home. Beautiful backyard and pool /spa area. Tastefully decorated. Sparsely stocked kitchen. The resort itself is beautiful. The clubhouse has a very nice cafe & restaurant . The waterpark is large and has fun slides. Very helpful staff. We would definitely recommend it. If you are doing a lot of cooking & hosting, be prepared to stock things; this rental is sparsely stocked. But sufficient.

The place with your own swimming pool, water park, complimentary breakfast is awesome package! Definitely coming back.

Encore was a complete disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone with children or a family traveling. Upon arrival, I found no working coffee maker or pots in the house, so I requested a replacement. Unfortunately, the second coffee maker was also broken. I paid $165 for two days of access to the heated pool, but it was never heated. Maintenance came and fixed the issue the evening of the second day, but I was still charged the full price. The complimentary breakfast was equally disappointing. They only offered powdered eggs, a meat, white bread with coffee or orange every morning. There were no other complimentary options available. If you wanted pancakes or something else, you had to pay extra. The kids’ club was only open from 10 to 5 pm, so if you were out at any of the Disney parks, you couldn’t use the water park at Encore. On the bright side, the house was very clean and spacious. I just wished I could have used the heated pool that I paid for. It was unacceptable to be charged for something you didn’t have access to. These are just a few reasons why I wouldn’t recommend Encore to anyone.
