Charming Farmhouse Themed cottage in beautiful Winter Park, FL. This home is centrally located near Rollins College (4 miles), UCF (6.5 miles), and Full Sail University (1.8 miles) as well as just a short drive away from Park Avenue in Winter Park (4.5 miles) and a hop, skip and a jump away from 417 which takes you to Downtown Orlando (11 miles) and Disney's theme parks (34 miles). This house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a large fenced in back yard. The kitchen is fully furnished with a stainless steel fridge, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. You will have everything you need including pots, pans, utensils, dishware, coffee station, linens, towels, and complimentary shampoo and conditioner in bathrooms. Dogs are welcome with a $100 pet fee and will love the big fenced in back yard! there is no garage, however, there is plenty of space for 2-4 vehicles. All bedrooms have a queen bed. The house is beautifully furnished with farmhouse decor.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. We picked this location because my niece lives in nearby Oviedo where we were gathering for a family holiday celebration. The house was clean and comfortable. My Mom brought her dog and the house was very dog friendly. It was also equipped with baby essentials which definitely came in handy as my grandson is 12 months old.
