Pool and spa can be heated for additional charge payable after you book. Local property manager near by to help with anything you need. Covered pool lanai to enjoy eating by pool rain or shine , night or day! Pool heat is $30 per day if needed. Local publix within walking distance, walmart only 6 miles down the road. Close to many places to eat. Can be to either beach line in a hour and half.
