I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the conditions during my recent stay at this hotel. At check-in, we were informed that there would be a scheduled water shutdown lasting approximately 1–2 hours. However, water service was still unavailable more than an hour beyond the scheduled time. This caused significant inconvenience, especially after a long day of travel.
When water service was finally restored that evening, we discovered that there was no hot water available for showering. I contacted the front desk, and while the staff apologized, I was told that there was nothing they could do other than offer a discount.
Lack of access to water and hot water are basic amenities that guests reasonably expect, and this situation significantly impacted the comfort and quality of our stay. The response provided did not adequately address the inconvenience we experienced.
