We came in late the day of our booking, the gentleman greeted us with a smile and promptly got us to our room. I didnt have a credit card and he took a cash deposit and we got it right back the morning of checkout. They had great staff that met us with a smile and made us feel wanted. I definitely recommend Sonesta for cleanliness, staff and continental breakfast was better than most hotels.

We loved the pool very quiet area and the places we went to was all very close distance. The service given was amazing check in was very fast and Emilio whom check us in was very sweet and polite . I booked here to be close to MCO airport and to include free breakfast. We arrived a bit early and requested early check in. There were two cars in the lot, figured it may not be busy. Was told I could check in at 2. It was noon. Or I could pay $30 and check in at noon. Frustrated, we left and came back. I booked the disability room as I have fibromyalgia and peripheral neuropathy. I don't know when a flare will happen. He asked if I booked that room because at times it's cheaper. No sir. And thanks for pointing out your judgements. He put us into a "newly refurbished" room. If that is the refurbished room, I don't want to see the old rooms. Breakfast was cereal, and what appeared to be powdered eggs, and WAY undercooked bacon. We ended up going out. The room was clean, the beds were soft and the towels were fresh. The good with the bad.

The manager was very accommodating to my questions.. very friendly and professional, the girls they attended front desk at night were very nice and outgoing.. I paid extra for a late check out, and there was no problem with this. I tried to accommodate my flight time… thank you to the manager and the friendly staff during my three nights stay I would definitely stay again when I take another cruise..
