The service is excellent. However, the hotel is unclean, with dirty sheets, cockroaches, and unpleasant odors in the rooms and hallways. It doesn't live up to all its promises; there's no pool, and the ice machines are broken. They charged me an extra $200, which they say they'll refund, but there was no reason to charge it. It does have a good location.

The staff is good. Rooms and hotel are older and run down but fairly clean. It met our basic needs as were at a competition that ended late and we only needed a place to crash.
