The Space:

Soft morning light streams through the windows as you step onto the back patio, the gentle hum of the gated community’s pathways inviting you to unwind. After a day of thrills at nearby parks, you can hear the splash of the community pool just steps away and feel the calm settle over your group. The spacious living area welcomes you to stretch out, share stories, and recharge for the next adventure.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms comfortably sleep up to seven guests. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, the second bedroom a queen bed, and the third bedroom a flexible mix of one bunk bed and one full bed. Two full bathrooms and a half‑bath provide convenience for families and friends.



Outdoor living

A back patio opens directly to the community pool, perfect for a quick dip or a relaxed afternoon chat. The gated Reunion community features quiet walkable paths, golf‑cart crossings, and shared amenities that enhance the resort‑style feel while keeping the atmosphere peaceful.



Kitchen & dining

The large kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a dining table that seats the whole party. Indoor and outdoor dining areas let you enjoy breakfast before heading to Disney, just four miles away, or a leisurely dinner after exploring Universal or SeaWorld.



Comfort & convenience

The living area is arranged for group time, with a TV, ceiling fans, air conditioning, and heating to suit any weather. A free washer and dryer, wifi, and a dedicated workspace keep daily routines smooth and allow you to stay connected when needed.



Neighborhood

Reunion in Kissimmee blends everyday ease with resort‑style surroundings. Slow‑speed roads and a gated layout create a safe, relaxed setting, while the back gate opens to a variety of dining options and local attractions such as water parks, alligator farms, and airboat rides. You’re close to Orlando’s top attractions yet return to a tranquil home base each night.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles.



A car is recommended to explore Orlando and Kissimmee attractions. Reunion is near major highways (I-4), providing quick access to Disney, Universal Studios, and Orlando International Airport.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
