This fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout sleeps up to 6 people comfortably with an ideal bed distribution for groups who want separate sleeping spaces:

The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, a microwave, a 12-cup drip coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. The villa features a small, private screen-enclosed patio to enjoy a beverage of your choice and relax in the fresh air after a long day at the parks.

There is also an in-unit washer and dryer, along with clean linens and bath towels for your convenience. *Please note: Pool towels are NOT included.*

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- Parking Regulations: There is parking for 1 car in the driveway. No street parking is allowed. Additional free parking is available directly at the pool area. PLEASE DO NOT PARK CARS IN THE GARAGE.
- Starter Kit Provided: We supply you with a starter kit consisting of 2 toilet paper rolls, 2 small bar soaps, and 1 travel-size bottle of shampoo per bathroom; 1 roll of paper towels, laundry soap for 1 load, 2 dishwasher pods, a 4 oz. bottle of dish detergent, and 2 trash bags per container. From there, it is your responsibility to replenish supplies as needed at nearby stores.
- AC Temperature Settings: The lowest the air conditioning temperature can go is 72°F. Any lower setting will cause the AC to freeze up and stop working.
