La habitación es remodelada, pero no le doy un 5 pq en la limpieza carecen de suficiente personal de limpieza y no limpian las habitaciones todos los dias,es ciertos dias quizás 1 día por semana, por lo demás y precio está muy bien!!!

I waited outside in the rain for 45 min waiting for the manager to arrive to check in. The main doors were locked. They have a open sign on all day. You have to ring a ring doorbell camera and they will tell you to wait and not come back. The phone number provided online is not up to date. The one on the door the manager will tell you to wait and hang up on you. We had no toiletries in our room. I tried to go to the office again and the manager was gone. We had no blankets on the beds, no toilet paper. There was 1 towel. I called to get a refund and got hung up on. I highly recommend not ever staying here.

The room was clean and the amenities were fine. The beds were in need of replacement as they did sag quite a bit. The walkin shower was helpful along with the grab bars as im currently walking with a cane, however, the shower needs a shelf to sit your shampoo and soap on. I had to roll a chair into the bathroom to do this. There wasnt staff on duty when i arrived just after 10pm and had to wait several minutes for someone to arrive and check me in. The other thing that needs to be addressed is that the door numbers are very dark and hard to read at night.

Got an email from them before my stay, which thankfully I saw. Typically I wouldn't be checking my email at the start of a vacation due to being busy with the vacation. I was instructed to call the office to "confirm my stay," even though I booked a non-refundanble rate. Website claimed to have a 24 hr front desk but when I called I was informed he was only staying until 11. Well we spent our check in day at Disney and had wanted to go to Disney Springs after the park. However we had to go to the hotel instead to check in and by then we were too far away, and it was too late, to want to go back out to the Springs. Will not stay here again. If I pay for a non-refundable rate at a place that says their check in is 24 hours (like most hotels, esp near Disney where many people spend check in day at the parks), I shouldn't have to stop my day to go check in.
