worst stay ever.
This stay was HORRIBLE. The management was horrible as well. Buyers beware do NOT rent from this company. The run around I was receiving the whole time I was here about the pool and hot tub not working was insane. They are disrespectful and unprofessional. I was told I would be compensated because we couldn’t use the pool or hot tub but never was called back. Ever. You can’t use margaritaville pool so we were stuck not able to enjoy anything. The grill was so rusted. We couldn’t use that. The house was so dirty. I colorized the whole house and the rags were black. Went to lay on the couch and pulled it out to find food and popcorn. The silverware and pans weren’t cleaned properly. They told us we had to keep the air at 75 to work properly. Upon 11am check out we had people knocking on the door at 10 and 10:30 to leave I refused to leave until my checkout which was 11 we were still packing the car. Please think before renting from here. Go to rentyl. Or vstays. They are both amazing.
