Located on the first floor, in a very wooded and maintained community residence, quiet, with a park 50 meters from the accommodation with magnificent swimming pool, Pádel court, petanque, table tennis, children's playground and sports equipment. Enclosed and secure park only for the residence with magnetic card Pets are accepted, however an additional 50 euros per animal will be requested on site or you can also have the addition made via the reservation.

A large free parking lot is at your disposal and a private space right in front of the accommodation, parking is very easy even in summer.

The property is in a nice quiet location with good orientation. It is well equipped in the kitchen and has adequate towels and bedding as well as outdoor furniture. The pool looks good and is nearby but we didn’t use it.Sadly there were omissions in the description which I feel were somewhat unfair. Firstly the owner allows pets which is fine but being covered in cat hairs after sitting on the couch was a bit annoying. Secondly, and most importantly, there is a really poorly constructed second bathroom in the rear courtyard of the property. It is not mentioned and it is not useable. However, because it seals up the intended ventilation route it meant that the apartment smelled bad on arrival. The unusable bathroom is covered in black mould and is pretty grim. I would imagine that, with the summer heat it will make the bedrooms a pretty inhospitable place to be as there is no through ventilation or air conditioning. The apartment is no doubt a good value option but I wouldn’t stay again without this issue being sorted out.
