This pleasant residence is blessed with a phenomenal view, a private roof terrace and plenty of privacy in a central location on the Costa Blanca. Ideal for sun holidays with family or friends. The house is an ideal base for trips to the beach or the shops (1 km). The Zenia Boulevard, the largest boulevard on the Costa Blanca, is 3 km away and you will find nice shops and cozy restaurants. Start the day with a dip in the communal pool and enjoy a home-made breakfast on the sunny roof terrace with a large suitcase filled with beach equipment. The house offers a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with IPTV connection (more than 15,000 channels and films) and you will be welcomed by made beds. Airport transfer is available at an additional cost of 50 euros per trip by contacting the owner directly. Energy and water consumption are included in the price, but an additional cost can be charged in case of excessive consumption (100 kWh and 1 m³ per week included). Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
