A quiet and beautifully located vacation home in the Vistazul residential complex in Orihuela Costa. This home offers unobstructed views toward the street. Sea views are visible from the front terrace, as well as from the balcony and rooftop terrace. With bars, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance (5 min), there’s plenty to do in the area.

The house is ideal for stays such as golf vacations or beach vacations. There are 20 golf courses in the area, and the distance to the sea is 5 km. There is a communal pool just a 15-meter walk from the property. This is a beautiful, fenced-in pool used exclusively by residents of the development.

There is plenty of space to lounge and relax, both in the sun and out of it. There are a few lounge chairs by the pool, and a shower is available to rinse off.
