It was just fine. Clean enough, definitely very roomy. I was disappointed that you had to request housekeeping, because I love coming back from a long park day to a tidy room and freshly made bed, but I’m sure it saves them loads of money on staff to do it that way. Good value for the price point though.

Every question we had was answered with a negative. Everything was either broken OR down for the whole day. For the price we paid i could have had more amenities at motel 6 then here.

When reviewing the pictures, this hotel seemed nice. However, when walking into the room we realized what a mistake we made. The room had a bad odor that was made worse by the circulating fan / unit within the room. It caused an asthma flair up. There was also a hair on the bed. The staff was very friendly which I appreciated, but we did receive a text stating that water would be shut off from 11am-4pm and if going to Disney, that is prime rest time. We did not end up going back to rest since there wasn’t any water available. I then asked for compensation and was told that it wouldn’t be possible since the water never actually went off. But we weren’t notified of that and it kept us from the room? Maybe for the best since the air quality at Disney was better than the rooms, but still frustrating.
