The staff were great all the way around. Unfortunately the condition of the hotel was not. I chose this hotel because I have stayed here before and enjoyed the amenities. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. But, the WiFi was very slow, our sink was clogged in the room. Because of the construction we couldn’t use the gym and the water re-fill station was gone. There used to be complimentary coffee and water in the lobby, that was gone. The restaurant had a great breakfast before, that was gone. Now Ty have to order from a screen and sit down to wait for the food, and it was way overpriced for the quality. It was cheaper to eat at Disney! I felt bad for the servers- how do they make money? Also, the water was out for a big part of the day so coming back to the hotel when it was hot out was a mess bc we couldn’t flush the toilet or wash our hands. I don’ like to complain but this just felt like one thing after another!! At least give your guests complimentary coffee in the lobby to make up for it! The staff were all great and I truly felt for them I’m sure it’s not easy to work there right now.
