The staff are really nice. The hotel could use a good clean though. The walls in our room were dirty, especially in the bathroom. And the floors were not swept/vacuumed. It was a decent area.

Our room was not clean, had no hot water and despite 2 special requests to be placed near family we were traveling with, they did not! I found an old, dried contact lens on the bathroom counter and we had to ask for towels. No room cleaning in our 3-day stay. I will never stay at this property again and I would recommend you choose another as well

I’ll start w the good: Good location/quiet, area felt safe, able to see fireworks from the parking lot. That’s about it. Hence why it’s even getting an 2. Now the not so good: Upon arrival at 3, room was not ready. When we got into the room, we immediately took note of how dirty the floors were. I ended up taking Clorox wipes to them & in the process lost a pair of socks due to how gross they were left. Same with the bathroom :( After a 14hr day at Disney, my husband & I debated heading straight home bc we just didn’t want to & then at check out, the front desk woman (I don’t know their name, but it was the heavier set woman with glasses, not trying to insult, just identify), was incredibly rude All in all- for the price, you may save a few bucks staying here so close to Disney, but I promise you, you’re better off staying somewhere else. Be aware there is an additional parking fee!

Staff was nice! Room was... Spider webs on ceiling, drywall on bottom of tub was bubbling out a lot from shower water. Water was spraying out from shower head. Next to freeway so at night you can hear all the dumb loud cars and motorcycles.

Knowing we’d be at Disney most of our trip the hotel was to be expected. It could definitely use some updating but the room was clean. Shower pressure was very low and water would switch between hot and warm. For Disney it’s very walkable and staff was quick for check in. No real complaints besides shower and the hotel just needs to be updated.

This was our fifth stay, and the hotel consistently delivers on value and convenience. While basic, it is exceptionally clean and provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. The short, easy walk to Disneyland is a huge plus, and the affordable parking rate is a major cost saver for the area. If you are looking for a great-priced, clean, no-frills place primarily for sleeping and showering within walking distance of the parks, this is the perfect spot.
