Hello, I’ve stayed here 3 times in the last 5 years because I travel with my small dogs, this is the first issue I’ve had. Reserved one night here to go an after dark event at Disney. When I used the restroom at 9 in the morning I encountered a VERY large cockroach zooming around in the bathtub and then stopping and eating something that was black in there. My husband and I both were really grossed out and even if I tried to smush it with a shoe it was running so fast I think it would have crawled up my arm. When I addressed the lady at the front desk she said this wasn’t normal but it wasn’t a tiny bug, she then sent maintenance over to kill it and he seemed grossed out too. I’m still so disgusted because after the late Disney night I left my clothes on the bathroom floor so now my mind is just grossed out at them being vulnerable to bugs crawling around. I would expect this out a $50 a night motel 6 but to pay $110 a night + $25 for parking is really steep to have roaches.

Would stay here again. Was a little apprehensive but quit surprised. It was clean and the room was spacious. We had been on the road since 3am and arrived a little earlier than their posted check in time but they were able to accommodate an early check in for us. Super thankful for that.

The sink water only trickled out which made washing difficult. The upkeep of the common areas were dilapidated and some of the office staff were quite unfriendly. I will NEVER stay there again.

The room was fine but the walls were very thin. Heard each person come and go outside the room and every conversation. And traffic noise was loud. The bed sheets were rough not soft. The price was good and the walk to Disneyland was convenient.

Staff was amazing we arrive 30-35 minutes early after a horrible travel morning and the staff offered to let us check in early so we could rest! I have never experienced such positive and polite hospitality at a hotel before. We did check out a few hours early and again the staff was extremely polite. Even when I asked for food recommendations they all were fast to share their personal favorites! We will most certainly be back

Very clean, only bad thing is there’s no microwave but other than that its a good distance to Disneyland and there’s a shuttle bus at the corner for pickup every 10-15mins.
