The hotel was aesthetically pleasing and very clean, and I was quite satisfied with my stay. That said, many work meetings and conventions were happening, along with a steady flow of Disney visitors due to the shuttle service, so it could feel quite busy at times. As a result, the overall service felt somewhat impersonal and could have been more attentive. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
