Charging me for a tv that was damaged before we even walked into the room is crazy we weren’t even in the room most of our stay bearly even used the tv take pictures and let them know if you see anything because then they’ll charge you for it. It’s sad I loved staying here every time I went never had an issue until now. Never staying here again.

This is a few weeks after we stayed but this hotel is awesome. Not because it’s clean ( it was!) or that it is close to Disneyland, but because the staff are Amazing! I called to speak with the front desk, and the positive energy over the phone was felt. When we showed up in person, it was even better. I am going to name the three women who helped us with our stay. Milly, Ashley, and Maggie. Thank you for your kindness and joy you bring into the world. You made our anniversary trip that much better. The presence of God is in those three women and you feel it when you walk in. You will not be disappointed in your stay here. We will stay here again.
