The staff including valet were extremely helpful. The rooms were very nice. Was very thankful to have a roll in shower. The only con that we had was the ice machines being broke down except on 2 or 3 floors. We would and will recommend Hotel Fera to everyone who is headed to or through Anaheim. Hope to see you again next time Matt Rife is in town.

Very good hotel; would stay again. A little pricey since nothing is included and they charge you for early check-in and late check-out. Parking also seems unnecessarily expensive. The staff is wonderful though - very friendly and accommodating!

AC wasn’t cooling our room and it was loud in the room. Fridge didn’t feel cold for my son’s milk. Room wasn’t to my expectations reason for leaving after one night stay instead of my two night stay
