Everything was great until breakfast time, our waiter was a bit off. But we didn’t think nothing of it since it was early in the morning. But once we got our meals I found a hair on my plate. When I told the waiter discreetly he tried to dismiss me and tell me there was no hair out loud. That’s when I showed him the hair he grabbed the plate and just left. If I would’ve came in a disrespectful or rude way I understand but I tried my best not to be loud or rude. He is not the one cooking. But the way he went about it wasn’t okay.

The parking was only thing that I wanted to give it A three out of five stars just because it’s not convenient you have to walk to a separate building if the front parking is already full the parking is $35 a night so if you’re staying for a couple nights, it gets a lot of it. It gets very expensive.

We loved staying here. It was a beautiful hotel that was very accommodating. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was even a Starbucks within the hotel lobby. The bed was amazing! The only downfall was the shower had a slow flow and not very good pressure. The location was perfect for our Disneyland stay. We will absolutely recommend this hotel to family and friends. We will be back for future stays too.
