Fera Anaheim mentioned being short-staffed, so housekeeping had to be scheduled. That was understandable—one day of cleaning and towel replacement during a 3-night, 4-day stay was sufficient. However, our room was still missed despite calling to confirm at 1:00 PM and again at 6:30 PM. We had to request towels and go down to the lobby to retrieve them ourselves. The only positive was the front desk and valet staff—friendly and welcoming. A simple hello truly goes a long way.

Overall a good stay. Very nice and clean hotel. Only minor issue is I could hear a lot noise through the walls from my neighbor. I’m not sure if this was due to a corner room or not, but seemed louder than usual.

We’ve always had a good experience at Hotel Fera. This year was no different. Seamless check in and checkout. The only thing is if you are tall the standard double bed option is not for you. the beds are quite short.
