We checked into the hotel late and found a wet towel in the bathtub. The next day, we complained to the front desk and requested both rooms to be cleaned. When we returned in the night, both rooms were still dirty, and the cleaning hadn’t been done. When we asked for new towels, they suggested we pick them up ourselves. 😂 Also no EV chargers at the parking lot. Gave 2 stars because the front desk waived parking fee but won’t stay here again.

This hotel is great for the pricing. The restaurant they have serves great food and it’s a friendly staff that goes above and beyond. There should be more staff because I noticed at times they are short staffed. It’s close to freeway and Disneyland (about 5 min drive ) so it makes it easy to get to where you need to and most rooms are updated.
