We were disappointed with our stay here. We paid extra for a suite but they failed to mention the door to our room was 3 feet from the doors of the elevator and there is ZERO sound barrier from the doors. The hotel was SO loud and people were yelling and talking right outside our door at 6AM. Also all of the pool facing patios connect to each other so people were also standing outside our patio door yelling, kids running and screaming outside our patio door at 6AM as well. One of the days someone spilled their breakfast everywhere in front of and on our hotel room door, yogurt and oatmeal, eggs and juice etc. Staff didn’t actually clean it, just wiped it around with a towel and then left the food covered towels outside our door, and put a caution sign. So when I walked out of our room I walked out to food splattered all over our door and towels soaked in food in a pile outside my door. Floor was sticky and gross, after a couple hours I finally called and asked them to clean it because our shoes were getting gross. We were in town for a wedding and had a late night at the reception so we had paid extra for late check out on our last day so we could get some sleep before traveling, but they don’t communicate that to housekeeping, so housekeeping knocked on our door and tried to walk in 3 separate times while we were sleeping. Overall the service wasn’t great, the environment isn’t restful, it’s incredibly loud and noisy, and the facility does not match the pictures advertised.

The good: Nice lobby, great breakfast, and fantastic rooms. Location is fantastic and free parking makes the short drive to Disneyland worth it. The mediocre: Aside from the lobby and breakfast area, the rest of the hotel is a bit rundown and seemingly not well cleaned or maintained. The rear elevator was out of service during our stay and the front elevator made horrible grinding noises and shuddered between the 2nd and 3rd floors (we took the stairs a lot). The bad: Under staffed and not enough supplies. It took until day 3 to get bath towels and that was only after multiple calls and trips to the front desk. We were told that they would come in every 3rd(I think) day for cleaning and such but that never actually happened, which isn’t the worst thing since we probably would have had our “do not disturb” sign up…except we didn’t have one (another thing they were out of).

The rooms were spacious, everything was great! Our AC went out one night, I called front desk and they said it was due to the heat. I went personally the following morning and they had maintenance repair that same hour. Overall great stay.

I’m going to be honest, the food was great, and hot and the dining area was kept very clean at all times. The lobby was very nice and the rooms were nice and again very clean! :) Service was ok, not as attentive as they should as they forgot our housekeeping service and you can just imagine at the end of the night after Disney how I felt coming to a room not done. The only down fall was the maintenance on the entire hotel, one elevator was out as the other one made very lid noises and struggled a bit.Water fountain was out of service, at one point the hot tub became green and almost all the patio furniture was not stable :(. This hotel did the job but. It sure about coming back :( but.housekeeping by far was great :)

Not good!

One of the worst hotel stays we’ve been to. We stayed for 3 nights. I booked on hotels.com and states this hotel had free parking. It does not have free parking. They charge 10$ per night, and the clerk at check in said you only get free parking if you book through THEIR website. Not one housekeeper came in at any point during our stay to clean, replenish towels toilet paper NOTHING! We finally called the front desk and they said we have to schedule cleaning, this was NEVER mentioned to us or else we would have scheduled them on the first day. No ice machines worked, the fountain in the patio was not working. The staff was friendly, however it seems management has dropped the ball tremendously. There are too many amazing hotels in OC to ever stay with this hotel again.

- In my booking I had asked to minimize use of chemicals in the room we get. Our room smelled so strongly of cleaning agents and chemicals to cover up other unpleasant odor, it triggered all the symptoms I wanted to avoid for a pleasant and healthy hotel stay. Not only that, but our room didn't have any way to air out naturally. A room with outdoor fresh air would have been fine, but ours went to an internal corridor with little access to natural air. The AC was so loud, I didn't know these models still exist. Plus, it would only circulate the air back in. I would have expected that an upfront request would get honored better. - We signed up for 4 guests but only had towels etc for 2 guests. - We had a kitchen but no cutlery or plates or towel or anything really... strange. - Our soaps/shampoo in the shower were empty. - The hot tub was not hot and disgustingly dirty. The pool was cloudy and needed attention and care too. - The overall set-up and courtyard is beautiful. A really nice place. It just needs to be maintained and run better to provide the experience it could.

This is a really great property for families. The pool is nice. The breakfast options are good (waffles, hot bar, etc ). Cheap parking compared to most places nearby. Remember to ask for housekeeping 24h in advance. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly and breakfast was great! They rushed things to our room if Lee needed something. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance work. The Jacuzzi was out of order as well as an elevator. Also, I noticed some leaks around the place and gardening that needed to be done.
